I'm not 21 yet, can I still come?

NO. NOOOOOOOOO. Stop asking and grow older faster. Skill issue. Be born earlier, idiot.

I don't care if your 21st birthday is a month after the event. NO.

These questions have actually been asked and I have made fun of you. Please stop.

How do I pick up my badge?

Our registration table is the first thing you see when you walk in Thursday afternoon!

You will pick up your badge at registration using your confirmation number, billing name, or email address and your ID.

One ID allows you to pick up one badge that is assigned and worn only by the individual on the ID. One person cannot pick up more than one badge, no exceptions.

I ordered multiple badges under the same name?

If you plan to arrive together you are all good!

If the other badgeholder(s) will be coming at a different time after you, you can provide their legal name(s) at registration when you arrive, and they can pick it up later.

If they will arrive before you, email reg@akeomecon.com BEFORE THE EVENT STARTS with their legal name(s) and your order confirmation to have their badge(s) put in their name. Please put the current year and "Badge Pickup Auth" in the subject line.

If you can not email in advance, make sure they have your order confirmation number ready when they arrive on site. Do not give out your confirmation number to someone you do not trust.

Can I enter the hotel without a badge?

NOPE. Once Akeome Con takes over Thursday, you will not be allowed into the hotel without WEARING a badge.

Even if you have a hotel reservation you MUST pick up your badge or purchase one before you check into the hotel. We can and will cancel your hotel room without refund if you do not have a badge to the event.

Can I get a refund?

No but you can transfer your badge to someone else and they can pay you for it!

Transfers to next year are offered on a case by case basis. Transfer requests need to be made at least 24 hours before the first day of the event you have a badge for.

How do I transfer my badge to someone else?

Email your confirmation number to reg@akeomecon.com with the legal name and email of who you are transferring the badge to. Put "Badge Transfer" in the email title.

We will get it into our system and send a confirmation to all parties.

I didn't get a room! Is there a place to store items and change?

There will be public access coat racks to hang winter coats across from the community break room.

The hotel doesn't have a ton of storage, but there is a small place behind the front desk they can store luggage. If everything you want to store is in a bag or box they can hold it and give you a tag to reclaim it.

There are two sets of public restrooms on the main floor that can be used to change in. One is past the front desk on the left, right by the gaming room. The other is located just past the community break room and coat racks!

Why don't you ship badges?

We do not ship badges because we need to verify everyone is 21+ in person before we give them one.

My badge says delivered/fullfilled?

That email or notification meant your order left our order processing system and entered our registration system. We do not ship badges.

Not all orders get marked with this before the event so do not worry if you don't see this!
